Epoxy Powder Coating
Epoxy powder coatings are thermosetting powder coatings made from epoxy resin as the main film-forming substrate, combined with curing agents, pigments, fillers, leveling agents, defoamers, and other additives, through melt extrusion, cooling and crushing, and ultrafine grinding.
It is the most basic and widely used specialized powder in industrial electrostatic powder coating, characterized by high adhesion, strong corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and good insulation. However, it has poor outdoor weather resistance and is only suitable for indoor, buried, corrosion-resistant, and insulating workpieces.
Epoxy powder coatings are made with epoxy resin as the core substrate, combined with specialized curing agents and additives. They boast excellent adhesion, heavy-duty corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation. Combined with the environmentally friendly advantage of VOC-free powder coating, they are widely used in various fields such as industrial corrosion protection, electromechanical equipment, furniture hardware, and buried equipment. Different specifications of epoxy powder and coating requirements are available for different scenarios, as detailed below:
The product has a mature process, stable electrostatic charging, high powder application rate, and a curing temperature that can be controlled between 180-200℃. It is compatible with conventional electrostatic spraying processes and can accurately meet the core needs of various indoor, buried, and industrial corrosion protection scenarios, balancing practicality and environmental friendliness.
